UEM Sunrise, a developer from Malaysia, is making its first foray into Australia with Aurora Melbourne Central. It is a design by Elenberg Fraser. Probuild is the general contractor. Opening is scheduled for 2019.
Aurora MC literally will be lighting up the sky with 2.4km of mulit-colored LED lighting running up and down the exterior of the building providing an actual Aurora like effect at night time !!
Not sure what a service apartment is, but 1,200 units is pretty crazy. The densest project in Chicago right now is OGP, with a little under 800 units.
